HOME  | ABOUT RAGM.COM | BIOGRAPHY | LIBRARY | BOOKS | SCHEDULE | WHAT DRIVES CORPORATE VALUE?

I have organized my site into a few key sections in the hope of making my work and ideas, as well as the reactions and contributions of others, more readily accessible and usable to visitors. Nearly everything that I have said or written about corporate governance over the past 20 years can be found here in one form or another.

As of December 1, 2007 my home page utilizes a blog-based format, where visitors may register in order to receive regular notices by email of important new postings. Registered users may also submit their own ideas and comments, which I will then read and incorporate into future postings.

Your thoughts and feedback about both the site and its contents are extremely important to me, please let me know what you think!
