Dear Robert,

Your speech resonates completly!

We note in Australia more and more superannuation trustees, on an individual basis and some colectively, are using proxy consultants who will negotiate the client\'s governance concerns behind closed doors with an investee company. Not sure how beneficial this is? I think you support the idea that the major investing institutions, given their extensive holdings, employ proxy advisers, do you not?

Regards,

Michael
